Who I am?
Hi, I’m Breanna! I am a Wellness Coach and Model passionate about helping people feel amazing in their mind, body and life. I believe that everyone has a purpose, and the ability to create a positive impact in the world. However, it can be really difficult to reach our full potential and purpose when we’re unable to live fully, in states of dis-comfort and dis-ease.
Through my group programs and 1 on 1 work, I help my clients to break down limiting beliefs, old identities and unsupportive patterns that have been keeping them stuck in their current reality and comfort zone. From a physical body standpoint, I focus a lot on gut health, where 70-80% of our immune system lives. Additionally, taking my years of study and personal experience, I build upon physical wellbeing to also include all aspects of health (mind, spirit) to help them create the best version of themselves, so they can accomplish any goal they set out to achieve!
