Each of our programs requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to provide you with consistent and effective treatment over a sustained period.

You hereby release MultiGen Wellness from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to any medical treatment provided by a healthcare provider you are connected with through our service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for death, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, and economic loss.
You agree to hold MultiGen Wellness harmless from any and all liability, legal or medical, arising out of or related to the use of any medications prescribed by your healthcare provider. This includes, but is not limited to, any side effects, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects.
