MULTIGEN WELLNESS HEALTH ARTICLE #37 – HOW OUR CARE TEAM WORKS – THE TRIANGLE CARE APPROACH OF OUR CARE TEAM
“How does Hormone Therapy work with Telemedicine?!”
Our medical industry and world are shifting into new paradigms.
My name is Joshua G. Crampton with MultiGen Wellness Online. Our company is still small enough that I personally handle most of the initial free health consultations with potential new patients. After answering hundreds of calls, I’ve heard the cry of our patients loud and clear:
“The Traditional Medical Industry, based on local clinics and insurance, does NOT work anymore!”
This came from a man suffering deeply from low testosterone, high estrogen, and no energy. He tried setting an appointment with his Primary Care Physician—who was booked two and a half weeks out. Then he tried calling urologists. Same story. A minimum of 2–3 weeks to get an appointment.
Patient care delays are one issue. The other issue is data. The most common statement I hear during health consults is:
“I’m confused! I went to my Urologist/Primary Care Physician, and they said my testosterone is 450 and that I’m fine. But I KNOW something is wrong with me.”
I’ve heard this over and over again—from both men and women.
What’s taught in medical schools is that a “normal” testosterone range is between 300–600. Period. Whether you’re 77 or 23. What primary care doctors and urologists are not trained for is the data regarding optimum levels. They work in broad variables across many ages, sexes, and ranges. Their data sets must accommodate those wide ranges.
At MultiGen, we offer a new model of service through our Triangle-Based Care Team. This includes:
- A PA (Physician Associate) Prescriber and Hormone Therapy Specialist
- A CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) Serving as your Patient Care Liaison
- A MD (Overseeing Doctor) Collaborative Physician and Oversevere
You’ll also receive:
- Access to a mobile app for lab results, billing, and messaging your care team
- Direct phone and text access to your Care Liaison/Medical VA
This is how we stay on top of communication, lab cycles, medication schedules, and doctor visits—keeping our patients feeling “WELL HELD!”
Together, this care model and our expertise in hormone balancing and optimization allow us to provide prompt, affordable care without relying heavily on insurance.
We’re learning and growing every day to better serve our patients, and we’d love for you to join our care model and become a more alive, fuller version of yourself.
With our FastTrack Patient Onboarding process, here’s what you can expect:
- Monday morning: Initial call
- Monday evening: Mobile nurse draws labs
- Tuesday midday: Lab results arrive
- Tuesday evening: Appointment with your PA
- Wednesday: Medications overnighted and delivered (if prescribed before 3 PM)
That’s just 3 days from your first call to treatment in hand.
All without ever leaving your home.
That’s what we want every patient to experience at MultiGen Wellness.
