The Surprising Truth About Testosterone in Younger Men
When most people think about low testosterone, they picture men in their 50s and 60s. But an increasingly well-documented public health trend challenges this assumption: testosterone levels in men under 40 have been declining across generations — with men today having significantly lower testosterone than men of the same age in 1980 or 1990. And clinical testosterone deficiency — once considered rare in men under 40 — is now seen with significant frequency in men in their late 20s and 30s.
