Lab Tests: Similarly, lab tests ordered through our service are non-refundable after the order has been processed.
2. Minimum Commitment:
Each of our programs requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to provide you with consistent and effective treatment over a sustained period.
3. Cancellation Policy:
After 3 Months: You may cancel your program at any time after the initial 3-month commitment with 30 days’ written notice. No cancellation fees will be assessed beyond the remaining service fees for the 30-day notice period.
Before 3 Months: If you choose to cancel your program before the completion of the initial 3-month commitment, the full cost of the 3 months will be considered your cancellation fee. This ensures fair compensation for the resources and services dedicated to your care during that period.
