How prescribing works
Every prescription starts with a free 15-minute consult. A licensed provider then reviews your history and lab results. If a medication is a safe fit, it ships from a state-licensed partner pharmacy, and your provider follows up with labs and visits. If a medication isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and explain why.
Prices change as pharmacy costs change, so we keep them in one place: our pharmacy page lists every form and strength.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a prescription for these medications?
Yes. Every medication on this page requires a prescription from a licensed provider after a visit and, in most cases, lab work.
How much do the medications cost?
Medication is priced separately from visits. Current prices for every form and strength are on our pharmacy page. Getting started is $247, which includes your first provider visit, and follow-up visits are $97.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are made by state-licensed pharmacies for individual patients and do not go through FDA approval. Some medications on this page also have FDA-approved versions, and each medication page explains its status.
Can I get these medications in my state?
Availability depends on your state and on the medication. Controlled substances such as testosterone, nandrolone and ketamine follow extra federal and state rules. We confirm what is available to you during your free consult.
This page is for education and isn’t medical advice. Only a licensed provider who has reviewed your history and labs can decide whether a medication is right for you. Availability depends on your state. Last reviewed November 7, 2026.
