Washington Hormone Therapy Without the Ferry Ride

Seeing a specialist in Washington State can mean a ferry crossing or a drive over Snoqualmie Pass. Washington hormone therapy with MultiGen Wellness happens by video instead, so you can be seen from Bellingham, Spokane, the Tri-Cities or anywhere in between.

We work with men who notice low energy, lower drive or changes in body composition and want to learn about testosterone replacement therapy. We also work with women in perimenopause or menopause who are exploring hormone therapy for women for hot flashes, night sweats or poor sleep.

Lab work comes first. The national lab we send orders to lists draw sites up and down the I-5 corridor, from Lynden and Bellingham through Seattle and Tacoma to Olympia and Vancouver, and east of the Cascades in Wenatchee, Yakima, Kennewick and Spokane. A licensed provider then goes over your results with you on a video visit. If treatment is a good fit, your medication is shipped to you.

$247 to start (includes your first provider visit), then $97 per visit. Ready to get started? Request a consult or call 1-800-259-0015.

Serving Patients Throughout Washington

Washington pairs long gray winters with a demanding, outdoors-driven culture — tech sprints in Seattle and Bellevue, ferries across the Sound, weekends in the Cascades. Low energy and poor recovery undercut all of it. MultiGen Wellness delivers clinician-guided testosterone, hormone, and weight-loss care to Washingtonians statewide by telehealth, with labs at a nearby lab and medications shipped to your door.

Hormone Therapy for Washington Adults

Whether you are shipping code in Redmond or working the water in Tacoma, the dark months can mask hormone changes worth measuring. Washington patients start with comprehensive bloodwork, review it with a licensed provider on a $97 visit, and begin a tailored protocol when appropriate — precise care that fits around work and the weather.

What Washington Patients Are Treated For

Hormone Therapy in Washington: What to Know

Washington adopted the Uniform Telehealth Act in 2024, now chapter 18.134 RCW. Three parts matter most to patients:

  • Care happens where you are. A telehealth service is provided at the patient’s location (RCW 18.134.060). Out-of-state clinicians need a Washington license or other Washington authorization, such as through a multistate compact, to treat you, with narrow exceptions for consultations, specialty assessments and continuity of care (RCW 18.134.050).
  • Video can start care; texts cannot. A practitioner-patient relationship may be established through telehealth, but not through email, instant messaging, text messaging or fax (RCW 18.134.030).
  • Same standard as in person. Rules on prescribing, identity verification, informed consent and privacy apply to telehealth just as they do to office visits (RCW 18.134.040).

Physicians (MDs) and physician assistants are licensed by the Washington Medical Commission. The Department of Health’s Provider Credential Search lets you check a credential and view disciplinary actions taken after July 1998.

Hormone Therapy Across Washington: A Regional Guide

From Puget Sound to the eastern plateau, MultiGen Wellness brings provider-led hormone therapy to all of Washington online.

Greater Seattle. Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and Everett combine a high-performance tech culture with famously gray, low-light winters that can drain energy and mood — making hormone optimization especially relevant.

South Sound & Military Communities. Joint Base Lewis-McChord anchors one of the largest military communities in the country, where veterans and service families are especially welcome.

Spokane & Eastern Washington. Spokane, the Tri-Cities, and Yakima gain convenient access to care that specialty clinics don’t always provide locally.

Wherever you live in Washington, you get a free online consultation, labs at a nearby lab, and treatment shipped to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is hormone therapy available in Washington?

New-Patient Special: $247 enrollment — includes your first provider visit.

Absolutely. Care is by telehealth, so you can start from anywhere in Washington, including Seattle, Spokane, and Tacoma. There’s no need to live near a major city to get started.

Does insurance, HSA, or FSA cover treatment?

MultiGen Wellness is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance and do not accept HSA or FSA cards for services.

Do I need to visit an office in Olympia?

No. Every visit is conducted by telehealth. The only in-person step is a routine lab draw at a national lab location near you in Washington — no office visit required.

How soon will I see results?

Many patients report improved energy, mood, and sleep within the first few weeks of treatment, with fuller results typically developing over 2–3 months as hormone levels stabilize.

Can my very first visit be online in Washington?

Under state law, yes. Washington’s Uniform Telehealth Act allows a practitioner-patient relationship to be established through telehealth, though not through email, instant messaging, text messaging or fax, which is one reason our provider visits are held by video. For testosterone, federal rules also apply: the DEA and HHS temporary telemedicine flexibilities, which allow Schedule II-V medications to be prescribed after an audio-video visit without a prior in-person exam, currently run through December 31, 2026 (Federal Register). Before that first visit, you complete lab work so your provider has results to review with you.

Is online care held to a lower standard than an office visit?

No. RCW 18.134.040 says a clinician treating a patient located in Washington by telehealth must meet the same professional practice standards as comparable in-person care, including standards for prescribing, identity verification, documentation, informed consent and privacy. State disciplining authorities may not set a different standard just because care is delivered by telehealth. Our article on spotting a safe, legitimate online TRT clinic covers warning signs to watch for.

How do I check a provider’s Washington credential?

Use the Department of Health’s Provider Credential Search. You can search by credential number or by name, and the site posts disciplinary actions taken after July 1998. The Washington Medical Commission handles licensing and discipline for physicians (MDs) and physician assistants. Nurse practitioners are licensed by the Washington State Board of Nursing, and the Department of Health says nursing credentials such as ARNP are best checked through Nursys.

How close is a lab draw site in Eastern Washington?

It depends on your town. East of the Cascades, the national lab we send orders to lists sites in Spokane, Kennewick, Yakima and Wenatchee. It does not list one in Walla Walla or Pullman, so patients there should plan for a drive to Kennewick or Spokane. Our TRT blood work guide explains what is usually checked.

I am in my 50s with hot flashes. Is it too late for hormone therapy?

Timing matters. According to Mayo Clinic, the benefits of menopause hormone therapy may outweigh the risks for women who start before age 60 or within 10 years of menopause, while starting later raises the risk of serious complications. A licensed provider weighs your age, history and labs. Learn more about menopause treatment by telehealth.
