Wyoming Hormone Therapy for Wide-Open Spaces

In Wyoming, the closest specialist may be hours away across open highway and unpredictable weather. Wyoming hormone therapy with MultiGen Wellness brings the visit to you by video, whether you live in Cheyenne, Casper, Gillette, Rock Springs or on a ranch outside Sheridan.

Men looking into testosterone replacement therapy often start with symptoms like steady fatigue, lower drive or lost strength. Women in perimenopause or menopause reach out about hormone therapy for women when hot flashes and broken sleep stop being occasional.

Expect one drive. The lab network we order through lists a single Wyoming patient service center, in Cheyenne, and for some patients a site in a neighboring state may be closer. After your draw, a licensed provider reviews your results and health history with you by video. When treatment is appropriate, your medication ships to your door, so refills do not mean another long trip.

$247 to start (includes your first provider visit), then $97 per visit. Start by requesting your consult or calling 1-800-259-0015.

Serving Patients Throughout Wyoming

Wyoming is the least densely populated state in the country, and a hormone specialist can be a long highway drive away. MultiGen Wellness closes that gap, delivering provider-led testosterone, hormone, and weight-loss care from Cheyenne to Casper and the wide-open spaces between, entirely by telehealth, with medications shipped to your door.

Hormone Therapy for Wyoming Adults

Whether you work energy and ranching or the growing Cheyenne economy, low energy and slow recovery are worth measuring. Wyoming patients complete labs at a nearby lab, meet a licensed provider on a $97 telehealth visit, and start a protocol built around their results — no long highway drive.

Hormone Therapy in Wyoming: What to Know

The Wyoming Board of Medicine, which has served the public and practitioners since 1905, licenses physicians and physician assistants. Wyoming’s Medical Practice Act defines telemedicine as the practice of medicine by electronic communication from a physician in one location to a patient in another (W.S. 33-26-102(a)(xxix)). The Board’s rules (Chapter 1, Section 7; official text at rules.wyo.gov) allow only narrow exemptions for out-of-state physicians without a Wyoming license:

  • Consultations. A physician licensed elsewhere may consult for up to 12 days in any 52-week period when brought in by a Wyoming-licensed physician, who must notify the Board in writing. The rules count a relationship set up through telemedicine as being brought into the state.
  • Continuing care. A physician or PA who first saw a Wyoming resident in person in a state where they are licensed may continue that care by telehealth for up to six months, then must see the patient in person before telehealth resumes. New conditions call for a return to that state or a referral to a Wyoming-licensed provider.

You can check a physician or PA with the Board’s license lookup.

Hormone Therapy Across Wyoming: A Regional Guide

In the least densely populated state in the country, driving to a specialist can mean hours on the road — which is exactly why MultiGen Wellness delivers provider-led hormone therapy online, statewide.

Cheyenne & Southeast Wyoming. The capital, home to F.E. Warren Air Force Base, anchors demand for both military and civilian hormone care, with veterans especially welcome.

Casper & Central Wyoming. The state’s energy hub combines a hardworking population with growing interest in optimization.

Jackson & Western Wyoming. The active, outdoor-oriented communities of the Tetons and beyond round out our reach.

Every Wyoming patient gets a free online consult, labs at a nearby lab, and treatment shipped to the door.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is hormone therapy available in Wyoming?

New-Patient Special: $247 enrollment — includes your first provider visit.

Yes — MultiGen Wellness providers are licensed to treat patients throughout Wyoming, from Casper and Laramie to smaller towns statewide. All care is delivered through secure, convenient telehealth visits.

Does insurance, HSA, or FSA cover treatment?

MultiGen Wellness is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance and do not accept HSA or FSA cards for services.

Do I need to visit an office in Cheyenne?

No. Every visit is conducted by telehealth. The only in-person step is a routine lab draw at a national lab location near you in Wyoming — no office visit required.

How soon will I see results?

Many patients report improved energy, mood, and sleep within the first few weeks of treatment, with fuller results typically developing over 2–3 months as hormone levels stabilize.

Does a provider need a Wyoming license to treat me online?

In most cases, yes. The Board of Medicine’s rules treat a Wyoming license as the norm and allow only limited exemptions, such as short consultations requested by a Wyoming-licensed physician and continued care that began in person in another state. If you are weighing options, our guide on how to get a TRT prescription online walks through the usual steps.

My doctor is in another state. Can they keep treating me by telehealth?

Possibly, for a while. Under Chapter 1, Section 7(e) of the Board’s rules, a physician or PA who first saw you in person in a state where they are licensed may continue that care by telehealth while you are in Wyoming, for up to six months at a time. After that, an in-person visit must take place in a state where that clinician is licensed before telehealth can resume. A new condition means returning to that state or a referral to a Wyoming-licensed provider.

How far will I drive for labs in Wyoming?

For many patients, a fair distance. The only Wyoming site on the lab network we order through is in Cheyenne, so plan the trip, and plan it for the morning. MedlinePlus, from the National Library of Medicine, notes that testosterone samples are usually drawn between 7 and 10 a.m., when levels are typically highest. Ask how to prepare when you book, and see what a hormone blood panel checks.

How do I search the Wyoming Board of Medicine’s license lookup?

The Board offers separate searches for physicians and physician assistants. It advises entering the license number only or the last name only, because adding more detail can return no results. The Board’s lookup does not cover nurse practitioners (APRNs), who are licensed by the Wyoming State Board of Nursing.

Are mail-order controlled prescriptions tracked in Wyoming?

Yes. The Wyoming State Board of Pharmacy has run a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program since July 2004. It collects Schedule II through V controlled substance prescription information from retail pharmacies in and outside Wyoming that dispense to Wyoming residents, so a controlled prescription shipped to your home is reported too. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under federal law (DEA). Eligible prescribers can request patient reports through the program.
