You have read your labs. A clinician told you the numbers were “normal.” And yet the fatigue, the brain fog, the stalled body composition, the flattened drive, the disrupted sleep are still very real. If that gap sounds familiar, you are exactly who this program is built for.
MultiGen Meridian (a MultiGen Wellness program) is an integrative, telehealth hormone program for men and women who want the whole picture, not a single test result. Instead of asking only “is one hormone abnormal, and can we replace it?”, integrative care adds a second question: “why is this happening in the first place?” That root-cause framing is the difference between chasing a symptom and understanding the system behind it.
This is the hub for everything we do. From here you can explore comprehensive hormone testing and see how the Meridian Loop works as a step-by-step patient journey.
Integrative vs. conventional hormone therapy
Conventional hormone therapy — standard TRT or HRT — is often built around one measurement and one intervention: find a low number, replace it, recheck occasionally. It can be appropriate and effective, and when hormone replacement is part of your plan, we follow the same established endocrine safety monitoring any responsible clinic uses.
Integrative and functional care does not treat replacement and lifestyle as competing choices. It looks at how nutrition, stress, sleep, inflammation, gut health, thyroid, and metabolism all influence hormone production and signaling — and it addresses the contributors a symptom-only workup can miss, such as:
- Micronutrient insufficiency (for example zinc, vitamin D, or magnesium)
- Chronic stress and cortisol dysregulation
- Chronic low-grade inflammation
- Poor sleep and recovery
- Insulin resistance, which can suppress SHBG and testosterone
A hybrid path — hormone optimization plus root-cause work — is common and legitimate. The point is not that one approach is “natural” and therefore safer or better; bioidentical and lifestyle approaches still carry real considerations and require monitoring. The point is that hormones cannot be interpreted, or optimized, in isolation.
“Normal isn’t the same as optimal”
Standard reference ranges are built to flag disease, not to define how well you can feel and function. A value can sit inside the “normal” band and still be far from where you personally feel your best — and a single number can look fine while the system around it tells a different story.
That is why we start with a broad, clinician-guided panel rather than one or two markers. Free testosterone read alongside SHBG, a full thyroid picture rather than TSH alone, and metabolic and inflammatory context all change what a “normal” result actually means for you. We do not promise a number or a result. We commit to measuring deeply, interpreting honestly, and re-measuring to see whether the plan is working.
The Meridian Loop: our 5-pillar framework
Most programs bolt coaching onto a prescription. Meridian is built as one connected, governed loop — five pillars that feed a sixth step where we prove it with data.
- Map it. Comprehensive testing — the full panel, not a single T level — to understand the whole system. See our comprehensive hormone testing page for the categories we look at and why.
- Balance it. Clinician-guided hormone optimization for men and women, individualized by a licensed provider, with standard safety monitoring built in.
- Fuel it. Nutrition built around your labs — protein, blood-sugar control, adequate dietary fat, and anti-inflammatory patterns, framed as levers that support hormone and metabolic health.
- Support it. Targeted, evidence-based supplementation as education, not hype — repletion mainly helps when a deficiency exists, and we say plainly where the evidence is mixed.
- Train it. Resistance training, zone-2 cardio, and sleep protocols, because recovery is part of the plan, not an afterthought.
- Prove it. Re-test on a schedule, review what moved, and adjust. Measured, then re-measured.
You can walk through each pillar in detail on how the Meridian Loop works.
Who it’s for
Meridian is deliberately dual-sex. It is built for health-invested adults, roughly 35 to 65, who are done being dismissed:
- Men 35+ focused on energy, drive, body composition, and long-term metabolic health.
- Women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause, energy, mood, and metabolic changes.
- High-performers and longevity-minded adults who want depth and data rather than a single prescription.
Whatever brought you here, the model is the same: understand the whole system, treat the root cause with one connected plan, and measure whether it worked.
The comprehensive-testing philosophy
We order a broader panel than a symptom-only workup because hormones live in a network. That means sex hormones read in context, a full thyroid picture, adrenal and cortisol rhythm where it is clinically reasonable, metabolic and insulin markers, inflammatory markers, micronutrient status, and a general health and safety baseline.
We are equally clear about limits. Some advanced or contested tests — such as DUTCH, GI-MAP, IgG food-sensitivity panels, MTHFR, and reverse T3 — are presented as optional and emerging, never as routine or diagnostic. “Adrenal fatigue” is not an established medical diagnosis, and we do not use “hormone balancing” as one either. Our full breakdown, with evidence caveats, lives on the comprehensive hormone testing page.
Frequently asked questions
Is integrative hormone therapy safe?
When hormone replacement is part of your plan, an integrative program still follows established endocrine safety monitoring — including hematocrit, PSA for men, and estradiol where relevant — the same standard-of-care checks a conventional clinic uses. Integrative care adds root-cause context; it does not remove medical oversight. All care is directed by a licensed clinician.
How is this different from a standard TRT or HRT clinic?
A conventional clinic often focuses on one number and one intervention. Meridian starts with a comprehensive panel, looks at the systems around your hormones (thyroid, metabolic, inflammatory, nutrient, stress), and builds one connected plan across hormones, nutrition, supplementation, and training — then re-tests to see what changed.
Is this for women, or only men?
Both. Meridian is built as a dual-sex program, with depth for men focused on energy and body composition and for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic change.
My labs were “normal.” Why would testing help?
Standard ranges are designed to flag disease, not to define optimal function, and a single marker can look fine while the system around it does not. A broader, clinician-interpreted panel often surfaces contributors — like insulin resistance, thyroid patterns, or nutrient insufficiency — that a narrow workup misses.
Do you use DUTCH tests, food-sensitivity panels, or other functional tests?
Some may be offered as optional, adjunctive tools where a clinician finds them useful, but we present them honestly as emerging or contested, never as routine or diagnostic. Foundational, well-validated testing always comes first.
Can lifestyle alone fix low hormones?
Nutrition, training, and sleep are genuine levers and can meaningfully support hormone and metabolic health, but they do not reliably “fix” clinical hormone deficiency on their own. That is why Meridian combines root-cause work with clinician-guided optimization when it is appropriate.
