Oregon Hormone Therapy, From Portland to Bend

Whether you live in Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, or a coastal town, you can begin Oregon hormone therapy with MultiGen Wellness online. Men come to us with low testosterone symptoms like fatigue, low libido, loss of muscle, or irritability. Women come for help with hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, and the other changes of perimenopause and menopause.

Here is how it works:

  • A consultation call with our team about your symptoms and goals
  • A hormone panel drawn at a lab near you
  • A video visit where a licensed provider reviews your results and history
  • Medication shipped to your home if treatment is right for you

Men can explore TRT online, and women can read about HRT online. Care with us costs $247 to start (includes your first provider visit), then $97 per visit. Request your consultation or call 1-800-259-0015.

Serving Patients Throughout Oregon

Oregon pairs a demanding outdoors culture with long, gray winters — trail runs in the Gorge, weekends in Bend, tech work in Portland. Low energy undercuts all of it. MultiGen Wellness delivers provider-led testosterone, hormone, and weight-loss care statewide by telehealth, with labs at a nearby lab and medications shipped to your door.

Hormone Therapy for Oregon Adults

Whether you are in Portland tech or living the high-desert life in Bend, the wet months can mask hormone changes worth measuring. Oregon patients begin with comprehensive bloodwork, meet a licensed provider on a $97 telehealth visit, and start a personalized protocol when it fits — precise care around work and weather.

Oregon Telehealth Rules and Local Labs

The Oregon Medical Board calls telemedicine a delivery tool, not a separate form of medicine, and says the same standards of care apply in person or online. With limited exceptions, a provider caring for a patient located in Oregon needs an Oregon license. Physicians and physician associates who practice entirely outside the state can hold a Telemedicine status license for this. The board does not require an in-person visit to establish a provider-patient relationship, though it notes that not all care can be delivered well by telemedicine.

Its statement of philosophy on telemedicine expects providers, at each telemedicine encounter, to verify your identity and location, share their identity and credentials, and get your informed consent. Treatment based solely on an online questionnaire, without individualized review, is not an acceptable standard of care, and providers should be open about their fees. Anyone can check a license free through the board’s license verification service. Nurse practitioners are licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, which has its own license verification.

Oregon’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program collects Schedule II through IV controlled substances, gabapentin, and naloxone, including fills sent to Oregon residents by out-of-state pharmacies. Testosterone is Schedule III. Because it is a controlled substance, federal rules apply on top of Oregon’s. A temporary DEA and HHS rule allows testosterone to be prescribed by telemedicine without a prior in-person visit through December 31, 2026 (Federal Register). If federal rules change, your provider will tell you what is required.

For labs, our national lab partner’s location finder shows sites in Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Redmond, some inside Safeway stores. Another national lab’s directory covers more than two dozen communities, from Beaverton and Medford to Roseburg and Pendleton.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is hormone therapy available in Oregon?

New-Patient Special: $247 enrollment — includes your first provider visit.

Yes. MultiGen Wellness offers telehealth hormone therapy in Oregon. Residents of Portland, Eugene, Bend, and every other Oregon community can access our telehealth hormone therapy program.

Does insurance, HSA, or FSA cover treatment?

MultiGen Wellness is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance and do not accept HSA or FSA cards for services.

How soon will I see results?

Many patients report improved energy, mood, and sleep within the first few weeks of treatment, with fuller results typically developing over 2–3 months as hormone levels stabilize.

Does Oregon require an in-person exam before starting TRT or HRT?

Not as a blanket state rule. The Oregon Medical Board says it does not require an in-person visit to establish or maintain a provider-patient relationship, but it also notes that not every situation is right for telemedicine. For TRT, federal rules also apply because testosterone is a controlled substance. A temporary DEA and HHS rule allows it to be prescribed by telemedicine without a prior in-person visit through December 31, 2026 (Federal Register), and your provider will tell you if that changes. Estrogen and progesterone are not controlled substances, so that federal rule does not affect them. With MultiGen Wellness, the usual in-person step is your lab draw. If your history or results suggest you need a hands-on exam, your provider will tell you.

What happens at the start of an Oregon telehealth visit?

Expect a few routine checks. The Oregon Medical Board expects providers to confirm your identity and where you are located, tell you who they are and what credentials they hold, and get your informed consent after explaining the limits of telemedicine. These steps take a minute and protect you. For a full picture of what gets covered, read our guide to your first hormone therapy consultation.

Can I see my own prescription monitoring record in Oregon?

Yes. The Oregon Health Authority says patients have the right to a free copy of their own PDMP record and to know who has accessed it. You send a completed patient record request form with a copy of a valid government photo ID, and program staff respond within 10 business days. If something looks wrong, you can ask in writing for a correction and appeal if it is denied.

Where can I get labs drawn in Bend, Eugene, or Salem?

Our national lab partner lists patient service centers in all three cities, including a Central Oregon site in Bend, locations on Division Avenue and Aerial Way in Eugene, and two sites in Salem. Several of its Portland-area sites sit inside Safeway stores. Check your lab order for any timing or fasting instructions before you go.

Can Oregon women get help for hot flashes and night sweats online?

Yes. Hot flashes and night sweats are among the most common reasons women start hormone therapy, and a video visit works well for talking through symptoms, history, and options. Your provider reviews your labs and risk factors with you before recommending anything, and some women are better served by non-hormonal choices. Read more about HRT for hot flashes and night sweats.
