Each of our programs requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to provide you with consistent and effective treatment over a sustained period.

You hereby release MultiGen Wellness from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to any medical treatment provided by a healthcare provider you are connected with through our service.
