Frequently asked questions

  1. Call 1-800-259-0015 or send a request for callback with one of our “MultiGen Wellness Specialists”. We have highly experienced, dedicated physicians.  Doctoral care starts as low as $199 a month.
  2. Once labs and patient onboarding documents are completed, you will have your initial consultation with the doctor of your choice. 
  3. During your initial consultation, your HRT specialist will review lab results and questionnaires, then explain your individualized treatment plan.
  4. After your consultation is complete, our team will ship required medications and supplements directly to you.
  5. Every month, you will meet with your doctor to review your progress and optimize your treatment plan.

We work with specialized compounding pharmacies to quickly process your orders. Once your order is filled, your medications are shipped straight to your home. Shipping options include: 3 day, 2nd day, and overnight. 

  1. We do not accept insurance. All services are self pay.
  2. You will input your billing information into your patient portal, which is accessible from our home page login button. We will email you access to your patient portal when you sign up.
  3. Automatic monthly fee includes your dedicated HRT Physician and/or your dedicated Wellness Success Coach. 
  4. Items included in your treatment plan are billed on an as needed basis, usually every 60-90 days as refills are needed.

We charge as low as $199 a month for HRT treatment plan membership, or an Integrative Health Coach membership. (Ask about special pricing for patients that sign up for both HRT and IHP) You will also have access to our VIP Patient Portal. All medications and supplements are shipped straight to your home.

If you are connected with a healthcare provider for hormone therapy through MultiGen Wellness, you are responsible for following all treatment guidelines provided by the healthcare provider. This includes taking medications as prescribed, attending all appointments, and informing the healthcare provider of any changes in your health.

4. No Guarantee of Results:

MultiGen Wellness does not guarantee any specific results from hormone therapy. The effectiveness of hormone therapy varies from person to person and depends on a variety of factors, including your individual health, medical history, and lifestyle choices.

5. Limitation of Liability:

MultiGen Wellness is not responsible for any medical treatment provided by the healthcare providers you are connected with through our service. We are also not responsible for any damages or injuries that may result from hormone therapy, even if you are connected with a healthcare provider through our service.

6. Disclaimer:

The information provided on the MultiGen Wellness website and through our service is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. You should always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any questions or concerns you may have about your health.

7. Termination of Service:

MultiGen Wellness Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services:

MultiGen Wellness does not offer refunds for the following:

  • Services: Consultation fees, program fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.
  • Medications: Due to health and safety regulations, any medications dispensed through our service are non-refundable once they have been shipped or dispensed.
  • Lab Tests: Similarly, lab tests ordered through our service are non-refundable after the order has been processed.

2. Minimum Commitment:

Each of our programs requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This allows us to provide you with consistent and effective treatment over a sustained period.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • After 3 Months: You may cancel your program at any time after the initial 3-month commitment with 30 days’ written notice. No cancellation fees will be assessed beyond the remaining service fees for the 30-day notice period.
  • Before 3 Months: If you choose to cancel your program before the completion of the initial 3-month commitment, the full cost of the 3 months will be considered your cancellation fee. This ensures fair compensation for the resources and services dedicated to your care during that period.

4. Exceptions:

In rare and exceptional circumstances, MultiGen Wellness may consider issuing a partial or full refund based on individual merit. Any such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of MultiGen Wellness management and on a case-by-case basis.

  • Doctor-Patient Relationship: You understand and agree that any doctor you are connected with through MultiGen Wellness is your independent medical provider, and a separate doctor-patient relationship will be established between you and them.

  • No Liability for Medical Treatment: You understand and agree that MultiGen Wellness is not responsible for any medical treatment provided by the healthcare providers you are connected with through our service. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries, including death, that may result from medical treatment, even if you are connected with a healthcare provider through our service.
  • Doctors Solely Responsible: You understand and agree that the doctor you are connected with through MultiGen Wellness is solely responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment they provide. You hold MultiGen Wellness harmless from any and all liability, legal or medical, arising out of or related to any such advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Assumption of Risk:

You understand and acknowledge that all medical treatments have inherent risks, including the potential for side effects, complications, and even death. You accept these risks by choosing to receive medical treatment from a healthcare provider connected with MultiGen Wellness.

5. Release of MultiGen Wellness from Claims:

You hereby release MultiGen Wellness from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to any medical treatment provided by a healthcare provider you are connected with through our service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for death, personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, and economic loss.

6. Additional Provisions:

  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • No Prescriptions: We are not authorized to prescribe any medications ourselves. All medication prescriptions will be issued solely by the healthcare provider you are connected with through our service.
  • No Sales: We do not sell or dispense any medications. All medications will be dispensed directly by a licensed pharmacy.

3. Patient Responsibilities:

  • Following Prescriptions: You agree to take all medications exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
  • Risk Acknowledgement: You understand and acknowledge that all medications have potential risks and side effects. You should discuss these risks and side effects with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication.

  • Dispute Resolution: You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of MultiGen Wellness services will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Bexar County, Texas, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
